What is Telehealth?
Telehealth is the use of phones, computers, tablets, or other devices to connect with your mental health provider remotely via video. You may also hear this referred to as virtual visits.
Video Sessions
Ed uses use a HIPAA compliant video platform that allows him to see you, and you to see him. This provides the most authentic interaction and is the option most similar to in-person psychotherapy. The platform works on laptops, tablets (with a forward-facing camera), and cellphones.
Phone Sessions
If video is not an option, we can also connect over the phone. Additionally, phone sessions may be appropriate for when you have something quick to discuss between longer video sessions.
